The South Yadkin River Canoe & Kayak Race will start at the US Highway 601 bridge
and access area on the South Yadkin west of Salisbury, NC and finish at the access area located at the confluence of the South Fork and the main channel of the Yadkin. Finish line is at the end of Hanna Ferry Rd. off Old Mocksville Rd. The course is approximately 6 miles long and consists of flat water with some current depending on rainfall. The entry fee for the race is $25 per person.
